YOUR DUTIES
- Control of daily revenues and ensuring weekly and timely reporting.
- Uniform control of revenues, according to legal requirements, in order to provide sufficient information
- Processing of daily expenses from the Food & Beverage and Rooms departments.
- Control of all invoices within the house
- Ensure adequate control of vouchers, certificates and receipts
- Coordination of documentation and paperwork
- Preparing and supporting internal and external audits
- Developing reports, presentations and documentation
- Collaboration with internal and external colleagues and partners

YOUR PROFILE
- successfully completed vocational training in hotel industry, commercial training or studies
- first professional experience in accounting
- very good MS Office knowledge, strong Excel skills
- excellent communication
- high attention to detail, structured way of working and quick learning ability
- very good German and English language skills
