**Responsibilities**
- Support the digital transformation through establishing a process mining capability for data-driven improvements of the DevOps process framework
- Own and drive end-to-end the implementation of the Process Mining (e.g. Celonis) technology across various IT processes (Observability, Release & Deploy, Incident & Defect, etc.)
- Help Process Owners drive significant outcomes and improvements by leveraging the insights uncovered through Process Mining
- Support in developing data pipelines to handle vast amounts of data by writing and managing SQL transformations and data pools
- Define data requirements and structure for Process Mining visualizations
- Perform deep process mining analysis and provide key insights
- Develop recommendations for improvement opportunities
- Coach business and IT users on how to use process mining dashboards
- Organize and lead onsite business team workshops for Process Mining developments
- Collaborate directly with senior level executives, process owners and technical teams within each customer to understand their goals, objectives and requirements and translate them into Process Mining (e.g. Celonis) technical requirements
- Present implementation results to senior level executives and other stakeholders
- Collaborate in strategic projects for digital transformation with the central digital team and the different regional units
**Qualifications**
- Background in the areas of digital/data/informatics/natural sciences or similar with a strong technical focus
- Deep understanding and proven record in process mining and automation
- Experience in at least one process mining tool such as Celonis, UiPath, Process Gold, Kofax Insight, ARIS, ProM, ProDiscovery, QPR Process Analyzer, Process Diamond, etc.
- Relevant experience in agile process management and agile delivery methodologies (CI/CD)
- Understanding of data warehouses/lakes, data modeling, schema design
- Experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and ETL
- Experience with SQL and Python
- Capable of working in a challenging environment with changing requirements
- High level of self-initiative
- Fluent language skills in English
