- Development and management of the processes in the capacitor production area
- Process owner of all plants in the process chain for capacitor production
- Control and further development of thin-film processes
- Analysis and optimization of all other existing production processes for capacitor manufacture
- Determination of critical processes and definition of remedial measures to increase robustness
- Implementation and planning of prototype parts
- Collaboration in the evaluation of energy and environmental certification concepts for production

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
- Successfully completed studies in the fields of mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering or similar
- Several years of professional experience in the field of capacitor manufacturing or a comparable technology (DC link capacitors / Printed Circuit Board (PCB))
- Knowledge of processes such as 2K potting of capacitors, plasma processes, resistance soldering and welding
- Extensive knowledge of lean management
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- High flexibility in challenging new technologies
- Intercultural experience and willingness to travel within Europe and North America
