Business Controller, R&d

We are looking for a Business Controller, who will be the main sparring partner for our R&D organization. This position will be located in either Frankfurt, Germany or Helsinki/Nastola, Finland. Your main responsibilties will be as follows.
What will you do:
- Responsible for the reporting and analysis for global R&D organization- Business Partner for Chief Innovation Officer and his global team to support decision making and to prepare and challenge financial plans for future business plans, budget and strategy- Analyses and provides relevant business and financial information to the management and uses this information to participate in planning, budgeting and forecasting.- Facilitates business case preparation for investments- Monitors and analyses monthly development against plans and prepares performance reports- Identifying improvement potentials within business and reporting fields
What will you need:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in relevant field- 5 years’ experience of working in Business Controlling in international environment, experience in R&D controlling seen as a benefit- Strong technical financial management skills including experience of financial and operational analysis, budgeting, forecasting- Strong analytical and conceptual skills- Ability to add value to the business and having proactive mindset- Strategic capability - able to see the big picture and identify underlying drivers- Excellent communication and relationship building skills- Excellent project management and follow-up skills- Fluent in English
