**Senior Director Corporate & Financial (Strategic Communications)**
Lust auf Übernahmen, Börsengänge oder Krisen? Wir suchen Kolleg*innen, die bereit sind, Unternehmen in erfolgskritischen Situationen mit kühlem Kopf, hohem Engagement und kompetenten Empfehlungen zu unterstützen. Wir begleiten Klienten bei der erfolgreichen Kommunikation von Finanz
- und Quartalszahlen. Wir formulieren zielgerichtete Botschaften für die erfolgreiche Positionierung von Vorständen und Unternehmensthemen. Und wir sind mit fundierten Ansätzen bei Kapitalmarkt-Transaktionen sowie Krisen
- und Litigation-Fällen die Berater*innen an der Seite von Mittelständlern und DAX-Konzernen.
**DEINE AUFGABEN**
- Strategische Beratung und operative Unterstützung von Klienten in den Bereichen M&A, Börsengänge und Krisenkommunikation an vorderster Stelle
- Beratung von Unternehmen in der Kommunikation mit dem Kapitalmarkt sowie mit Wirtschafts
- und Finanzmedien
- Konzeption, Planung sowie Implementierung entsprechender nationaler und internationaler Kommunikationsstrategien
- Ausbildung und Coaching von Teammitgliedern
- Ansprechpartner für Klienten und Führung von Projektteams und -etats
- Aktive Beteiligung an der Entwicklung von Neugeschäft als Teil eines nationalen und globalen Kompetenz-Teams, das themenspezifische Angebote entwickelt sowie den Marktangang plant und umsetzt

**Erfahrung und Fähigkeiten**
- Mindestens neun Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Kommunikationsberatung, der Unternehmenskommunikation oder Investor Relations
- Umfassendes Verständnis von betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen und Kapitalmarkt-Themen
- Bewiesene Kompetenz in der Entwicklung überzeugender Kommunikationskonzepte mit Schwerpunkt Kapitalmarktkommunikation
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der weitgehend selbständigen Führung von Etats
- Sehr gute persönliche Vernetzung mit den zentralen Journalisten bei Wirtschaftsmedien; hohe Akzeptanz und Platzierungskraft
- Sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten vor Entscheidern, auch in komplexen Situationen
- Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung und die Fähigkeit, sowohl eigenständig als auch im Team zu arbeiten
- Ausgeprägte Text
- und Sprachkompetenz in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift) sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Microsoft-Office-Programme (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
