Karlshochschule International University is looking for new student assistants (f/m/d) on a minijob-basis for up to 10 hours/week to support our International Office as well as our Service Desk within the following key activities.

What we expect...

At the Service Desk you are the contact person for all students & guests in personal contact and by taking over the telephone. You will also be responsible for borrowing equipment and providing catering if needed.

The working hours are based on the opening service times.

We are looking for the following characteristics
- you are a matriculated student of Karlshochschule International University
- you like to give special engagement for the University, high customer service standard and good communication skills are self-evident for you
- you are reliable and punctual
- you are fluent in English and German ()
- you are willing to work based upon our usual opening service hours
- you are available and willing to work also during the semester break

The mini-job is initially planned for 3-4 months in order to reduce the backlog of tasks in the International Office during the semester-free period. It is therefore important that you are in Karlsruhe, especially during the semester break. The job cannot be done from home.
