Wir suchen für unsere Ramp am Standort Flughafen Hannover zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Mitarbeiter in Vollzeit für die oben genannte Position.
Eingruppierung gem. Flächentarif: Gehaltsgruppe IV des Gehaltstarifvertrages Niedersachsen
Eingruppierung gem. GBV zur Entgeltordnung: EU FedEx Grade 9
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Sicherstellung der Prozessabläufe gemäß der vorgegebenen Unternehmenskennzahlen und Zielen
- Führung und Förderung von unterstellten Mitarbeitern
- Personaleinsatzplanung gemäß Vorgaben erstellen
- Auswertung, Erfassung und Überwachung von Teamzielen und Teamergebnissen
- Einhaltung der das Unternehmen betreffenden Richtlinien, Prozesse und gesetzlichen Anforderungen
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten, Produktivität
- eigenständige Lösung auftretender Service
- und Schnittstellenprobleme
- Unterstützung des Managements bei der Kommunikation und Interaktion mit internen und externen Kunden und Dienstleistern
