Deine Aufgaben:
Als Referent (d/w/m) Strategy & Corporate Deve‐
lopment bist Du für die fortlaufende Beobachtung
und Bewertung relevanter Markt
- und Makro
- Trends zur Ableitung strategischer Chancen und
Risiken sowie notwendiger Implikationen für das
Unternehmen verantwortlich.
Ausführen von betriebswirtschaftlichen Analysen
von Unternehmen, Märkten und Optionen zur Un‐
ternehmensentwicklung der VTG AG gehört eben‐
falls zu Deinen Aufgaben.
Du trägst konzeptionell und operativ, auch im Rah‐
men einer Koordinationsfunktion, aktiv zu strateg‐
ischen Projekten inkl. M&A bei.
Du unterstützt die Geschäftsbereiche bei strategi‐
schen Fragestellungen und Begleitung der Strate‐
gieentwicklung sowie -umsetzung.
Du unterstützt das Management bei der Entwick‐
lung, Bewertung und Umsetzung zentraler Projek‐
te und Initiativen.
Aufbereitung und Präsentation von Arbeitsergeb‐
nissen für Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat gehen Dir
leicht von der Hand.
Du implementierst die strategische Roadmap und
unterstützt die Fachbereiche bei der Umsetzung
Den Aufbau und die Pflege eines breiten Netz‐
werks, sowohl innerhalb als auch außerhalb des
Unternehmens, behältst Du stets im Blick.

Dein Profil:
Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hoch‐
schulstudium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder
eines Studiengangs mit maßgeblich wirtschaftli‐
chem Bezug mit hervorragendem Abschluss.
Erste Berufserfahrungen mit klarem Bezug zu stra‐
tegischen Tätigkeiten sowie Erfahrungen im Pro‐
jektmanagement, idealerweise in einer führend‐
en Unternehmensberatung oder Investmentbank
mit Schwerpunkten Strategieberatu‐
ng/M&A/Corporate Finance, zeichnen Dich aus.
Den Sektor Transport/Logistik sowie Trends der Di‐
gitalisierung kennst du bestenfalls aus verschiede‐
nen Perspektiven, oder bist hochmotiviert es ken‐
nenzulernen.
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und ein‐
e schnelle Auffassungsgabe zeichnen Dich aus.
Eine strategische und unternehmerische Denkwei‐
se, sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Ar‐
beitsweise zählen zu Deinen Kompetenzen.
Du wendest Methoden und Tools zur betriebswirt‐
schaftlichen Analyse von Märkten, Unternehmen
und Businessplänen sicher an.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Suite? Check
Du trittst routiniert im Umgang mit Moderations
- und Präsentationstechniken auf, besitzt eine hohe
Sozialkompetenz, Einsatz-, Lern
- und Leistungsbe‐
reitschaft und hast Lust, Eigeninitiative zu zeigen.
Du kommunizierst sicher und offen, auch in
der englischen Sprache.
