Managing the GC MS analysis solo? Easy. Processing data and building cool visualizations like PCAs and heat maps? Piece of vegan cake. With a passion for dairy, we are dreaming of someone who's practically a cheese whisperer - whether it's animal or plant-based, they know their scamorza. At Formo we’d have you diving into a world of flavor formation, dancing with the reaction pathways of ripening cultures, and decoding the secrets of ripening conditions. **Responsibilities**
- Conduct VOC flavour analysis using GC MS, including method development, refinement, and calibration for all Formo products
- Research and understand reaction pathways connected to flavour formation in animal-free dairy products
- Analyse and present data in a comprehensive way to various stakeholders
- Manage research activities (internally & externally) in the area of flavour and sensory
- Sound knowledge of food technology and demonstrated project management skills
- Experience in state-of-the-art tools for flavour analytics, knowledge of sensory/chemometrics
- Demonstrated capability to establish and manage external collaborations, especially within a multidisciplinary context
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
