Financial Controller (m/w/d)

**Aufgaben**:
**Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Erstellung der monatlichen, quartalsweisen und jährlichen Abschlüsse unter Beachtung der Accounting-Richtlinien des Konzerns (HGB/IFRS)
- Vertreten die Abschlüsse gegenüber Betriebs
- und Wirtschaftsprüfern
- Enge Zusammenarbeit den anderen operativen Standorten in Deutschland und dem Headquarter in Frankreich
- Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Controlling und dem Accounting Shared Service Center
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle Internal Control Aktivitäten der GmbH
- Unterstützung bei der weiteren Harmonisierung und Implementierung von Prozessen und Standards
- Erstellung des Finanzreportings gemäß HGB/IFRS
- Koordination der Ausführung, Kontierung und Erfassung aller Geschäftsvorfälle im Hauptbuch
- Verwalten des Anlagevermögens, bewerten der Materialbestände und durchführen von Inventuren
- Übernahme des Cash-Reporting und des dazugehörigen Forecastings

**Wir erwarten**:
**Gewünschte Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Controlling/Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbaren
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Finanzwesen, idealerweise an einer Schnittstelle zwischen Controlling und Finanzbuchhaltung
- Erfahrung in selbständiger Durchführung von Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüsse sowie Kostenstellenreportings und -planungen
- Erfahrung in POC-Accounting im Projektgeschäft, Intercompany-Verrechnungen, Transfer Pricing, Central Charges und SLA-Themen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von SAP und MS Office
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise, hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft
