Wir als E-Commerce Spezialist möchten unser Team an unserem Standorten in Hamburg, Osnabrück (oder remote) erweitern und suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Head of Client Success Continental Europe (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Als Global Player vereinen wir das Beste aus Beständigkeit und Agilität. Dabei arbeitet unser rund 40 köpfiges Team im Markt Continental Europe viel Eigenverantwortung und auf kurzen Wegen innerhalb klarer Prozesse und Standards. **Das erwartet Dich**:

- Du führst ein Team von Client Success Manager*innenn (fachlich & disziplinarisch) und übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für das Bestandskundengeschäft in Kontinental-Europa
- Dabei bist Du vor allem gesamtverantwortlich für die Qualität der Erbringung unserer Leistungen und die langfristige Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit.
- Du berätst mit Deinem Team Kunden in Hinblick auf die gewinnbringende Nutzung unseres Leistungsspektrums zum Vorteil des Digital-Geschäfts Deiner Kunden.
- Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team überwachst und führst Du anspruchsvolle, digitale Projekte auf Enterprise Ebene - dabei bist du für das Ergebnis deines Teams verantwortlich
- Du bist ein starker Sparringspartner und Berater für Dein Team, um gewinnbringende Business Reviews & Kundentermine sowohl inhaltlich als auch organisatorisch vorzubereiten und durchzuführen

**Das zeichnet Dich aus**:

- Mindestens 5 Jahre (+) Erfahrung in den Bereichen Digital Commerce und im Account Management in einer Führungsposition
- Professionelles und Souveränes Stakeholder
- & Relationship-Handling auf C-Level-Ebene
- Erfahrung in der Strategieplanung und Umsetzung von digital Projekten, spezifisch im Digital Commerce
- Tiefgreifende Erfahrung im Bereich Digital Commerce, um einen wert
- und nachhaltigen Einfluss auf ein erfolgreiches Digital Commerce Deiner Kunden sicherzustellen
- Eine hohe Koordinative Fähigkeit um Kundenstakeholder, Partner und interne Teams gewinnbringend miteinander zu vernetzen und auszusteuern
- Kundenkontakt bereitet dir Spaß und du hast Freude daran mit Deinem Wissen in inhaltliche Diskussionen einzusteigen
- Fließend Englisch in Wort und Schrift
