WE DO ist eine inhabergeführte Kommunikationsagentur mit 40 Mitarbeitenden an den Standorten Berlin (Hauptsitz) und Hamburg. Unter dem Motto „Nachhaltige Kommunikation mit Inhalt und Haltung“ arbeiten wir für gesellschaftliche Themen.
Du hast deine Ausbildung oder dein Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bist jetzt auf der Suche nach deinem Berufseinstieg? Wir vergeben ab sofort ein Traineeship als Content Creative (m/w/d) an unserem Standort in Berlin.
Als Trainee bei WE DO wirst du in 12 Monaten zum\*zur Junior Content Creative ausgebildet und lernst durch Training-on-the-Job unsere Redaktions
- und Social-Media-Arbeit kennen. Du bist ein vollwertiger Teil unseres Content Teams und arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Kolleg\*innen zusammen.

Aufgaben
- Du schreibst Texte für Social Media, Webseite, Newsletter, Presse und Print
- Du unterstützt beim Content
- und Communitymanagement
- Du schaltest Werbeanzeigen auf verschiedenen Plattformen
- Du erstellst Redaktionspläne, Kreationsbriefings und Reportings
- Du kümmerst dich um Monitorings und Recherchen
- Du bist an der Entwicklung von Kommunikationskonzepten beteiligt
- Du unterstützt das Team im Projektmanagement
- Du erstellst Präsentationen

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelor
- oder Master-Studium oder erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Social Media und/oder Redaktion
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in einer Kommunikationsagentur oder einer Online
- oder Social-Media-Redaktion
- Sehr gute schriftliche Ausdrucksweise
- Ideen-, Kommunikations
- und Konzeptionsstärke
- Kreativität, Neugier, Teamgeist und Eigeninitiative
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Eine hohe Lernbereitschaft und eine sehr gute Selbstorganisation
