The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Head of PV role will make an impact:
- Ensure compliance with national regulatory authority requirements for pharmacovigilance (PV) and Viatris standards- Lead the German PV department with 5 direct reports, including quality control and assurance processes- Oversee and assess safety data and signal management for all Viatris products distributed in Germany- Collaborate with global teams and regulatory authorities, managing risk minimization measures and product recalls- Ensure PV compliance through internal audits and regulatory inspections

About Your Skills & Experience- Master’s degree in pharmacy, medicine, or a related field- Minimum 2 years of experience as Graduated Plan Officer (Stufenplanbeauftragter)- Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in pharmacovigilance- Leadership skills and experience in budget management- Fluent in German and English with strong MS Office skills
