HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Command and Control (C2) Integrator / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support our customer, the US Air Forces in Europe (USAFE), with the modernization of the 435th Air Ground Operations Wing warfighting capabilities. The C2 Integrator/SME will work closely with the Air and Space Communications Groups, the Contingency Response Group, and the Air Support Operations Group customers and staff to capture and refine integrational concepts to meet present-day threats in the EUCOM theatre. Qualified applicants will have a background in Air Force command and control processes and experience in Future plans/XP.

**Essential Job Responsibilities**:

- Manage programs relating to multiple tactical or strategic areas, including modern mission employment, mobilization, exercises, agile operations, and contingencies.
- Develop and recommend modifications to theater air operations command and control systems and programs around doctrine, tactics, and concepts of operations that track Air Force, OSD, and joint planning documents.
- Document planning and programming decisions in appropriate formats to meet Air Force and Major Command requirements.
- Identify non-standard or emerging operational requirements, assess the impact on assignments, and develop recommendations for changes and revisions as appropriate.
- Leverage knowledge of manpower and operations, search a variety of sources, and synthesize the information appropriate to the task, taking care to verify the relevancy, adequacy, sustainability, attainability, accuracy, and completeness of the information and recommendations.
- Coordinate with appropriate MAJCOMs and Headquarters Air Force staff offices to ensure all major areas of concern meet current and forecasted higher headquarters planning and programming guidance.
- Prepare and deliver oral presentations such as briefings, training sessions, consultations, and strategy sessions with other staff service functions and activities to secure cooperation, resolve controversial matters, and convey information relative to proposed changes in assignments.
- Provide technical guidance in Command and Control concepts, principles, and standards
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 10 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in a related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in a related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.
- Experience with Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Command and Control interfaces.
- Recent experience with the JADC2 architecture.
- Experience supporting high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, training, and acting as a liaison with industry and other Government agencies.
- Must have an active SECRET clearance and be able to obtain a TS clearance with SCI eligibility.

**Preferred Requirements**:

- 10 years of recent specialized experience in military communications, military networks, command and control systems, or joint interface control.
- Experience as an Air Battle Manager or Senior Tactical Air Control Party
- Demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral concerning technical material and explaining these aspects to non-technical customers.
- Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
