Director Residential Investment (m/w/d) Frankfurt am Main
Ihre Aufgaben
Entwicklung von Akquise Ansätzen und verantwortlich für die Akquise von Verkaufs
- und Ankaufsmandaten (z.B. auch von Off-Market Ansätzen)
Selbständige Akquise neuer Kunden (z.B. Erweiterung des Kundenstamms bei bestehenden Klienten aber auch durch Cold Calls)
Professionellen Übernahme von Client Management Aufgaben die zugewiesenen Kunden
Verantwortlich die komplette Durchführung von An
- und Verkaufsprozess. Dies beinhaltet:
Zeitgerechte und korrekte Vorbereitung von Pitch-Unterlagen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
Durchführung wirtschaftlichen Projektanalysen (Marktresearch, Bewertung der Immobilie, Vergleichstransaktionen (Leasing & Capital Markets), Konkurrenzanalyse, Objektanalyse)
Erstellung der Sales Story des zu verkaufenden Assets
Leitung bzw. Steuerung der Pitches und professionelle Repräsentation von JLL auf Kundenseite
Erstellung von Vermarktungsunterlagen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
Ansprache potenzieller Käufer im Rahmen des Vermarktungsprozesses (Vorstellung der Produkte) sowie Durchführung von Besichtigungen im Objekt
Aktive Teilnahme an Bietergesprächen und Kaufvertragsverhandlungen sowie Guidance des Kunden
Professioneller Ansprechpartner für Kunden im Rahmen der Due Diligence
Eigenverantwortliches Erstellen von Marktpräsentation für interne und extern Zwecke
Strategische Erarbeitung von Cross-Selling Optionen im Kontakt mit Kollegen aus anderen sogenannten Nutzungsklassen (Asset Classes) im Bereich Capital Markets als auch Leasing
Weitere Vertiefung der vorhandenen guten Marktkenntnisse des internationalen / nationalen / lokalen Marktes in der eigenen Nutzungsklasse bzw. den eigenen Nutzungsklassen
Ausbau und Vertiefung der eigenen Kundenkontakte im Rahmen der Transaktionsbegleitung
- auch auf Senior Level auf der Kundenseite
Kontaktpflege zu Kollegen der Büros und gleicher Abteilungen anderer nationaler und internationaler Büros
Ihr Profil
Mehrjährige (mindestens 6 Jahre) relevante Berufserfahrung im Immobilienbereich (Vorzugsweise in einem Beraterhaus, Assetmanager, Investor oder Projektentwickler)
Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse im Immobiliengeschäft und die damit einhergehenden Prozesse für die Vermittlung von Immobilien sowie der Akquise von An
- und Verkaufsmandaten
Gute Vernetzung im Markt für Immobilien vorzugsweise zu Privaten Investoren, Family Offices und Developern auf Ebene der Entscheider
Überzeugender Track Record bei der Akquise von An
- und Verkaufsmandaten
Erfahrung in der Führung von Projektteams (Deal Captain)
In der Lage, sehr selbständig und routiniert Financial Modelling für Immobililienobjekte zu erstellen
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere in Microsoft Excel und Microsoft PowerPoint
Kenntnisse immobilienspezifischer Softwareprogramme wie z.B. ARGUS
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und der fachlichen Leitung von Teil-Projektteams, Teamfähigkeit in sich abwechselnden Projektteams, Eigenständigkeit und -initiative
Sehr gute Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsstärke in deutscher und englischer Sprache
Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche nationale Reisen
