**Elia Grid International (EGI) **is a global engineering consultancy company, part of Elia Group (Belgium) and 50Hertz (Germany), specialising in complex power system challenges. **Your function**

EGI wishes to reinforce its team working on **Owner's Engineering (OE) **to support the preparation, planning and construction of high-voltage projects. To achieve this, we are looking for a **motivated full-time intern/part-time working student **to support the team.

**Typical activities involve (but are not limited to)**:

- Participate in site visits and construction meetings.
- Assist in the reviewing of planning and construction documents.
- Perform research and gather relevant technical data to support project deliverables.
- Analyse construction methodologies and propose optimization ideas.Provide support on the preparation of proposals and acquisition of projects.

**Your profile**
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or at the end of a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Good understanding of permitting procedures for construction projects.
- Motivated quick-learning team player.
- Experience with MS Office and MS-Visio, knowledge of AutoCAD would be an asset.
- Interest in solving problems and taking on new challenges.Fluent in English and German.
