**About the Role**:
Termin - und qualitätsgerechte Abwicklung der Prozesse Entgeltabrechnung, Zeitwirtschaft und Administration

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Erfassen, verwalten, kontrollieren und freigeben von Bruttolohn-, Zeitwirtschafts
- und Stammsatzdaten
- Prüfung der Abrechnungsergebnisse, Abweichungen prüfen, analysieren und abstimmen
- Monatsabschluss durchführen und kontrollieren
- Überwachung und Einhaltung fachspezifischer/aufgabenbezogener Fristen
- Bearbeitung abrechnungstechnischer Sonderfälle
- Feststellung von Fehlern in HR-Systemen, Maßnahmen nach Rücksprache einleiten
- Berechnung von Rückstellungen
- Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Prüfungen durch Behörden/Versicherungsträger
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Zeitbeauftragten (ZB) sowie Training der ZB bzgl. des Systems und bei Änderungen aufgrund von int./externen Vorgaben
- Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Konzeption von Schichtplänen sowie Sicherstellung der systemseitigen Umsetzung

- Kenntnisse der grundlegenden Lohnbuchhaltungsprinzipien
- Numerisches Talent und Affinität für Zahlen
- Guter Umgang mit Buchhaltungs
- und Gehaltsabrechnungssoftware
- Ausgeprägte Organisations
- und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten
- Hervorragende Kommunikations
- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
- Detailorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
