**Introduction**
As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.

**Your Role and Responsibilities**

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in ServiceNow implementation, like HRSD, CSM, SPM, ITSM, SecOps
- In-depth knowledge and experience with ServiceNow platform architecture
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions using best practices and adhering to industry standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM frameworks
- Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in German and English

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Master degree in a relevant field, or advanced degree is preferred.
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) strongly preferred
- Development expereince
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting capabilities for data visualization and analytics
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies for project management and development processes
