Your tasks
- You will provide leadership, direction, and control of all supply chain and logistics policies, procedures, and activities to maximize the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the ESPRIT supply chain
- You are responsible for developing project concepts and implementing pilot projects for the global supply network
- You will analyze existing supply chain to identify gaps and business requirements and be responsible for translating these requirements into detailed project concepts
- You will be responsible for coordinating and executing targeted pilot projects in support of ESPRIT's key strategic initiatives, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of IT systems for the business unit
- You are responsible for managing supply chain projects from project concept to implementation and supporting project transition
- You will ensure communication between all production and supply sources and take care of general business reporting and data management
- You are responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of the employees belonging to the respective area of responsibility including ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety

Your skills
- You have a degree in business administration / logistics or comparable qualification with extensive professional experience in a comparable position or similar
- You have experience with logístical processes in freight forwarding, are familiar with the tariff structures of all modes of transport and have knowledge of the legal principles of logistics, e.g. ADSp, CMR, Incoterms
- You have very good Mircosoft Office and SAP knowledge
- You have experience in managing employees
- You have conceptual and analytical skills
- You are a strong communicator and service-oriented
- You have a good command of German and English
- You are willing to travel on business trips
