Mit rund 100 Mitarbeitern ist die klinische Forschung unsere zweitgrößte Abteilung in Deutschland. Sie ist mit allen anderen Abteilungen eng verknüpft und gemeinsam arbeiten wir daran, innovative pharmazeutische Produkte zu entwickeln und weltweit nutzbar zu machen - von der ersten Idee über die Studiendurchführung bis hin zu Marktzulassung und globalem Vertrieb. Das Leben von Millionen Menschen verbessern? Als Administrator Document Handling - klinische Studien (m/w/d) bei Novo Nordisk treibst du diese Vision täglich voran.

**Die Position**

Als Administrator Document Handling bist Du für die Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Betreuung des Dokumentenhandlings im Bereich klinischer Forschung zuständig.

Weitere Aufgaben:

- Dokumentenmanagement mit Veeva Vault COSMOS und dem Investigator Portal CONNECT
- Scannen, Klassifizieren und Verwalten von Dokumenten der Klinischen Forschung
- Qualitätscheck der eingestellten Dokumente entsprechend SOP-Anforderungen
- Unterstützung in der ITMF Oversight
- Erstellung Statusberichte sowie aktive Kommunikation mit den verschiedenen Teams

**Qualifikationen**
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit medizinischem Hintergrund (z.B. PTA, MTA, o.ä.)
- Idealerweise Erfahrungen in der administrativen Betreuung von klinischen Studien
- Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
- Strukturiertes Arbeiten, Zuverlässigkeit und Genauigkeit
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse inklusive digitaler Tools, Systeme und Apps in der klinischen Forschung
