MacGregor's Global Services Division is looking for a Dry Docking / MOC Superintendent to be responsible for organizing and planning MOC activities. You will actively cooperate with front line sales, operations and GSC in order to serve clients' needs in terms of maintenance, repair and overhauling for the equipment.

The position is based in Hamburg and it reports to the Operations Manager and it includes collaboration with other regions and functions.

**Main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Pro-actively liaise with customers to generate MOC related business in cooperation with frontline sales. Increase the number of RFQ’s and hit rate for Maintenance and Spares quotes.
- Visit customers and build rapport with relevant contact persons and decision makers (i.e. Fleet Manager and Superintendents)
- Schedule MOC inspections and followup service visits
- Arrange service and spare parts quotes for MOC customers. Follow up quotes in cooperation with frontline sales (FLS) for timely ordering.
- Prepare MOC attendance (date/location/scope) and handover to operations
- Collect customer feedback and register in NCR tool when required
- Collaborate with Business intelligence and Sales to increase and forecast MOC/DD sales
- Act as back up during absence of other Dry docking superintendents in the region
- Monitor profitability of MOC contracts.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Higher education on Bachelor level, preferably in the fields of engineering
- Alternatively comparable or equal degrees or equivalent due to experience
- Over 5 year track record from relevant service business as well as relevant products
- Commercial & negotiation experience and interest
- Excellent social and communication skills
- Suitable technical knowledge on Macgregor products
- Fluency both in German and English both written and spoken.
