**What you’ll be doing**
- Collaborate with designers, product managers and developers to translate design concepts into functional prototypes and digital experiences.
- Develop and maintain TAG design system (Design and Code) to ensure consistency across all digital products.
- Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement designs and ensure that all digital products are responsive and optimized for performance.
- Create, develop and maintain a roadmap of components, libraries, patterns and documentation of our design system
- Maintain TAG Design System and the federated model for multiple products across the organization.
- Measure the impact of the design system implementation and help communicate the value of the Design System across businesses and development groups.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and digital design trends, and incorporate them into our design and development processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and solve design and technology challenges and contribute to developing best practices and processes.
- Develop and maintain community engagement, including online forums, social media, and other internal and external platforms.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of the design system and anticipate and adjust strategies as needed.

**About you**
- 8+ years of building the user interface of digital products.
- Domain knowledge of TypeScript, React, JSX, Jest, MDX, Next.js, SSR, Git, Azure DevOps( CI/CD pipelines), API Contract Consumption (ex. Figma API), Modern standards for HTML & CSS (SCSS modules), ES6+ Javascript, Storybook Component Story Format (CSF)
- Strong communication skills; comfortable testing and selling ideas with internal and external stakeholders
- Tech savvy and passion for building digital technologies
- Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) software development environment and Azure Dev Ops.
- Proficiency in English required; additional language skills preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in design preferred
