Promo Staff

**Job Summary**

A Promotional Staff is responsible for engaging with customers, showcasing products or services and provide information about products/services. You will usually works in product launches, sales promotions, in-store events, sampling events, and trade shows. You are also responsible for tracking customer feedback, making and running marketing campaigns, and offering customer support.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**General**
- Gathering all essential information prior to start of promotional campaigns.
- Communicating with supervisors about product information, promotional goals and target market.
- Oversee the set up of all stations and work areas per client specification.
- Be able to understand all client specific responsibilites and duties.
- Be able to understand and client instructions, manuals and information needed in for any particular products or services offered by the client.
- Create a professional connection with the team and establishing rapport with co-workers and prospective customers.
- Meet the promotional / campaign goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Responsible For**:

- Providing product / service information to prospective clients.
- Hand out product samples.
- Handing out give-aways
- Engage with customers and creating sales leads.

**Requirements**:

- Positive attidude.
- Professional, good looking, fashionable and stylish.
- At least 172 cm / 5´8 in height and above for male promoters and 164 cm for female promoters.
- Must be willing to work a variety of day, night, and weekend shift.
- Must demonstrate the ability to work under pressure while multitasking
- Extremely friendly
- Must be able to read, write, and have strong communication skills in German and English. A third languare a plus
- Must possess a positive service orientated attitude towards all guests and employees
- Must be able to move around the venue quickly and easily
- Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively client/supervisor instructions.
