**Responsibilities**:

- Performing dry haircuts for both men and women
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Promoting and selling hair care products
- Creating a positive and friendly working environment
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in common areas

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of hairdressing experience or hairdresser certification
- Proficient in cutting both men's and women's hair
- Intermediate level of English language
- EU passport
- Basic digital skills for using our appointment app

**Competitive Salary Package and Conditions**:

- Base salary starting at 2.300€ net per month
- Additional bonuses based on product sales, number of haircuts, etc.
- Paid extra hours, ensuring that your efforts are properly compensated
- Average company salary incl. bonuses etc.: 3.300€ net per month.
- Work flexible hours of 32-40 hours per week
- Monday to Saturday, with two Saturdays off per month
- Relocating to a breathtaking Norwegian city such as Oslo, Bergen, Stavanger, Tromsø,and many more
