- **Dienstleistersteuerung (nearshore, 20+ MA)**:
- **Aufbau und Steuerung eines internen Teams**:
- **und Koordination der Produktentwicklung (MVP).**
Das zu entwickelnde Produkt ist rein digital und unterstützt das Unternehmen selbst, als auch die Kunden, im Forecast/Planung für Transportprozesse.
In der Zusammenarbeit mit den Heads der Softwarenentwicklung, Hardwareentwicklung, Qualitätssicherung und UX/Design, ergibt sich hier eine spannende Funktion für eine Führungsrolle in einem Unternehmen mit Zukunftstechnologie im Herzen von NRW.
**Das Arbeitsmodell ist 60/40 hybrid ausgelegt und variabel über den Monat.**
Das Arbeitsumfeld ist international und Deutsch/Englisch sind gleichrangig präsent.
