**Job Summary**:
Generate Network sales with our customer DT by ensuring that Ericsson is perceived as a technology leader and that our solutions (end-to-end) provide added value compared to the competition by being a trusted advisor to key decision makers in the customer organization. At senior levels drive Networks sales by providing extensive experience and knowledge both on business and techno-commercial matters directly in discussions with customers at a C- and SVP-Level (both DT and BuyIn). Accountable for customer centric, TCO optimized offerings of Network Products. Share and coordinate with the MELA Networks Presales Domain to leverage all competence in MELA.
Strengthen assigned account(s) by inspiring and supporting local DT NatCo KAMs in direct customer engagements, providing expertise and competence on Ericsson Networks products. Supporting local KAMs in leveraging the go-to-market model to maximize business results, creating competitive value prepositions, improve customer perception by driving innovation and technology leadership.
Steer a constructive dialogue in Network portfolio gaps versus competition to influence roadmaps and channel Business Area information.
The role reports to the KAM GCU DT HQ and is part of the GCU Leadership Team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive Ericsson involvement in creating customer visions, strategies & requirements
- Understand the customer visions, strategies, network and capture requirements
- Secure Ericsson involvement in creating visions, strategies, requirements and to translate into Ericsson capabilities
- Secure understanding of market, competitors & their value propositions including market acceptance
- Drive pro-active dialogue with the customer executives in collaboration with the KAM
- Initiate and drive customer dialogue building on existing business
- Provide insight on how new trends will affect current and future technology
- Identify customer business needs through consultative engagements
- Secure and maintain relationships, with sales partners and third parties to meet customer requirements and Ericsson business performance

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Knowledge and experience working with large and multi-national customers
- Minimum 5 years’ experience from Sales
- University degree Business or Engineering, Master´s degree would be advantageous or equivalent working experience
- Depth Portfolio expertise MBB/RAN and transport technology, well-known as visionary expert in this area
- Excellent network within Ericsson solution & technology experts in the Business Unit and with the Ericsson CTO community
- Experience with customer relationships and demonstration of seniority to be a trusted and communicative partner for the customer
- Excellent skills in value argumentation for Ericsson Networks products from technical and business perspective
- Ability to influence at an executive/senior level
- Profound knowledge of the industry due to former experience in working outside Ericsson
- Project and budget management experience
- Experience of working in a global environment, experience as a (global) Account Manager is a plus
- Leadership skills to lead global tender processes and manage bid teams as well as local KAMs
- Fluent in English, German language skills are a plus
- Experience to work with all Ericsson tools
