**EMEAI Capex Buyer (M/F/d)**

**Start date: By agreement**Your role**
- You manage the weekly purchase order queries for all issued purchase orders, as well as the confirmation queries and the overdue queries
- You ensure the regular processing of the queries and the associated implementation of the necessary actions to resolve the items in those queries
- You will assist in the implementation of strategic sourcing contracts
- You are responsible for 100% compliance with the Capex Procurement Strategy and the Global Non-Commodity Procure-to-Pay Policy
- You keep track of the Capex Procurement Strategy goals and track them as well as the Procure-to-Pay metrics (orders before invoicing, PO cycle time, on-time delivery, PO consolidation and others)
- You collaborate with colleagues across multiple locations to drive continuous improvement in these areas
- You drive improvement in supplier relationships by working with them on a regular basis to ensure action is taken on any issues related to the performance KPIs of cost, quality, delivery and customer service
- You will support the EMEAI Capex Category teams on Capex procurement projects as required and independently lead smaller Capex procurement projects
- You will work with the Shared Services team to ensure timely payment of supplier invoices
- You identify and pursue cost reduction opportunities
- You act as a liaison between stakeholders and other departments on purchasing matters, including scheduling purchase orders, selecting products, and similar or related issues.
- You will handle problem resolution related to discrepancies in delivery quantities, pricing, logistics, contracts, etc.
- You will ensure that the correct item or standard service numbers are used on all purchase orders, as well as contracted suppliers

**Your profile**
- You have a successfully completed Bachelor's degree or Training in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field
- You have gained some work experience, preferably in purchasing at a global company
- You have a flair for change management
- You have experience in purchasing of investment projects and commercial knowledge/contract law
- You provide customer-oriented solutions with good negotiation skills
- You have experience in cost/benefit and market analysis and alternative decision making
- You have a certain IT affinity (eProcurement and P2P systems, standard office suite)
- You enjoy strategy development and project/task management
- You have a global awareness of culture, currencies, geography, politics, etc. and are ready for continuous improvement
- You can easily communicate in German and English (spoken and written), Ukrainian would be a great advantage
- You are able to influence and achieve results through relationship management and team orientatio
