We are looking for a Senior Internal Communication & Employer Branding Specialist (M/F/d) to join our People & Culture team in the heart of our Berlin office.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- At least 5-7 years of experience in end-to-end Employer Branding, you enjoy managing cross-departmental communication
- Solid experience in international multi-brand positioning and talent attraction methodologies
- Being a strong team player with a drive to create a collaborative, positive, and inclusive work environment
- Shaping our Employer Brand end to end, through the results of our initiatives and data-driven decisions about future activities
- Leadership ability to motivate and inspire others through vision, engagement, and professional credibility
- You are comfortable working in an agile environment and enjoy driving continuous improvement
- Contributing to the Talent Acquisition strategy by offering and executing initiatives in order to find and attract the right talent
- In this role, you’ll work closely with our global teams in Corporate Communications, Brand Marketing, and Talent Acquisition
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills in English and ability to foster and maintain collaborative relationships with teammates and business partners, including our global teams

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Help define our Employer Value Proposition and strategy with our squad of Corporate Communication, Brand Marketing, and People teams
- Execute the employer branding strategy while understanding the needs of various countries and business wide initiatives
- Working on creative internal communication projects to boost our employee engagement and sense of belonging
- Develop engaging communications that reflect our employer brand to attract top talent internally & externally
- Activate and work with a proactive pool of Trendyol ambassadors
- Develop employee events and networks (both internal and external) that offer the opportunity to enhance personal development and contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Ensure you're a true partner of the business and the wider branding team taking global initiatives and optimizing within your markets
