Wir suchen:
Project Management Business Partner (m/w/d) Airbus

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Analyzing the current training set up in the Quality Customer Line and support of defining the new strategy
- Stakeholder management
- Support the re-shape of the new Quality profile in the Customer Line and controlling of the milestones
- Set up support of a communication & change Management plan
- Advise, set-up and deploy Performance Management
- Support structure, governance and improvements through digital tools
- Set up a sustainable monitoring of implementation steps

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Technisches Studium, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kundenservice/ Customer Service, Projektmanagement und Qualitätsmanagement
- Gute Kenntnisse von MS-Office und SAP
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
