Verstärken Sie das Team eines unserer Kunden in der pharmazeutischen Industrie. Wir suchen derzeit einen leitenden Manufacturing Science & Technology Spezialisten (m/w/d) mit Spezialisierung auf Fertigungswissenschaft und -technologie, insbesondere in den Bereichen Proteine und Rekombinanten.
**Stellenbeschreibung**
Als Manufacturing Science & Technology Spezialist (m/w/d) spielen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der Beaufsichtigung technischer und prozessbezogener Aktivitäten und agieren als Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen Abteilungen, Dienstleistern und Aufgabenbereichen. Dazu gehört die Leitung funktionsübergreifender Teams bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Korrektur
- und Vorbeugungsmaßnahmen, die Koordinierung von Projekten von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung und die Gewährleistung der Einhaltung globaler Standards und Prioritäten.
**Verantwortungen**
- Leitung von technischen und prozessorientierten Arbeitsgruppen zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Korrektur
- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen in allen Projektphasen.
- Mitarbeit bei der Analyse komplexer Abweichungen, Einbringen von Produktkenntnissen zur Ermittlung der Grundursachen und Entwicklung von Dokumentationen.
- Durchführung von Kontrolltrending-Aktivitäten, einschließlich Datenerfassung, statistische Analyse, Trendüberwachung und Berichterstattung über Anomalien und empfohlene Maßnahmen.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit F&E und Dienstleistern zur Planung, Koordinierung und Auswertung von Labor
- und Pilotanlagenuntersuchungen.
- Sie fungieren als Fachexperte und Mentor für neue Kollegen und geben Anleitung zu Prozessen und Verfahren.
- Sie bewerten und beaufsichtigen Dienstleistungspartner und stellen bei Bedarf die Verbindung zu externen Anbietern, Mitarbeitern und Aufsichtsbehörden her.
- Präsentation relevanter Studien
- und Untersuchungsergebnisse vor der Geschäftsleitung.
**Profil**
- Hochschulabschluss in einem relevanten Fachbereich wie z.B. Biologie, Chemie, Biotechnologie oder vergleichbar.
- Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Industrieerfahrung.
- Zusätzlich Erfahrung im Gebiet Projektmanagement.
- Ausgezeichnete kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, effektiv in funktionsübergreifenden Teams zu arbeiten.
- Vertrautheit mit Herstellungsverfahren und Qualitätsstandards in der pharmazeutischen Industrie.
**Arbeitsbedingungen**
- Vertrag: Befristet auf 12 Monate mit Chance auf Verlängerung; Anstellung via Oxford Global Resources;
- Gehalt: Zwischen 6000-7000€ pro Monat je nach Erfahrungsgrad
- Standort: Raum Marburg
