Our Finance Team is seeking a Head of FP&A (f/m/d). This is a new role, reporting into the CFO. It’s an opportunity to own and shape FP&A within a well-funded, fast-growth Fintech SaaS business. You’ll be building models and budgets, spearheading financial reporting, and playing a pivotal role in providing key insights to internal and external stakeholders.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Collaborating closely with different business departments in order to build and maintain forecasts, budgets, and finance models.
- Overseeing financial activities and performance in order to track strategic KPIs and evaluate overall effectiveness and assumptions.
- Supporting decision making of senior management and investors, and helping to evaluate how well the company is utilizing equity and debt.
- Provide advice to stakeholders on opportunities for financial growth and efficiencies based on your insights.

About you

We think you’ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in the role:

- 5+ years working in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Background in either a Tier 1 financial services company (e.g. investment banking, private equity, VC, or within transaction services of a Big4+) or, a fast-growing start-up, with experience leading FP&A effort.
- Familiarity with SaaS fee particularities e.g. tiered pricing, deferred revenue recognition etc
- Confidence with all MS-Office programs and SQL/BigData queries
- Excellent English skills and preferably German skills

- Collaborative communicator: you have the ability to transform numbers into messages (written and visual format), to a variety of audiences.
