- As the Application Specialist for Anatomical Pathology for South Germany (Baden Wurttemberg and Bavaria) you will be responsible for all customer in that region.- What will you do?-
- Visit customers to install and train on equipment.
- Interpret and understand customer user requirements, and how they relate to product functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customers’ technical issues, and provide guidance in the appropriate use of our products.
- Provide reports to management including compilations of customer complaints, trend analyses, and suggestions for improvement.
- Act as a Technical Specialist between Customers, Account Executives and Product Management.
- Document activity, customer feedback/information, competitive intelligence and identify opportunities to grow the sales funnel in Salesforce.- You bring with you:- Ideally, experiences as an Application Specialist within anatomical pathology
- Alternatively, 1-3+ years of laboratory experience and you want to break into the industry
- Scientific Degree or Med Tech certification
- Willingness to travel up to 75% to go customers sites
- Fluent German and English communication skills
