Head of Application Development Group in Additive

The LPBF additive manufacturing process has become firmly established in industrial production in recent years. In our 'Laser Powder Bed Fusion' department, we concentrate on various key research areas in order to expand the geometric possibilities and choice of materials and to increase the productivity and quality of components.
**What you will do**
- Your tasks include working on day-to-day projects, managing projects with a technical/scientific focus and coordinating project managers and teams on the appropriate tasks**What you bring to the table**
- You have a Master's degree (TH, TU, U) in mechanical engineering, physics, materials engineering or a comparable course of study
- Experience in the acquisition and management of research and industrial projects
- A responsible and structured way of working as well as open and team-oriented communication Very good knowledge of German and English is a prerequisite**What you can expect**
