**General Information**:
The Project Management department oversees all activities in Power Electronics, from conception to market launch, ensuring that our innovative solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and with the desired quality. Using modern project management methodologies and tools, our global team collaborates closely with engineers and developers to optimize processes, identify risks early, and respond quickly to changing requirements.

A basic requirement for a working student job at Schaeffler is a proof of enrollment at the time of the working student job. This position is available at the earliest possible start date for a duration of 12 months.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Define, plan and drive project management workshops, takes meeting minutes and ensures implementation of agreements and follow up
- Set up internal project reporting time plan and deadlines for tracking the status of the KPIs in the dashboard with the key stakeholder
- Organize hand over of concept and lessons learned to other projects/locations
- Responsible to organize and keep up to date manager's calendar, schedules meetings and conference calls with clients, business partners and internal personnel
- Responsible to perform a variety of administrative functions (e.g. prepares invoice analysis, creates Shopping Carts, ensures signing of various documents)
- Responsible to organize, coordinate and control the business trips and hour writing process
- Responsible to act as contact person for new employees, office callers and visitors to ensure good services for the department members

**Your Qualification**:

- Studies in the filed of Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field of study
- Proficient in using MS Office programs
- Fluenct English skills written and spoken
- Skills for embracing change, planning and organizing, passion and commitment, building and fostering team work
