- Der Kunde ist ein Service
- und Vertriebsunternehmen in den Bereichen Baumaschinen und LKW.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie fungieren als juristischer Ansprechpartner für sämtliche Fragestellungen aus dem Bereich des Vertrags-, Unternehmens-, Gesellschafts
- und Arbeitsrecht
- Sie betreuen und beraten die Sales-Kollegen z.B. hinsichtlich der Prüfung, Anpassung und Verhandlung von individuellen Verträgen (v.a. Kauf
- und Mietverträge) und gestalten die Verkaufsbedingungen sowie sonstige Konditionen mit
- Zudem erstellen und überarbeiten Sie Vertragsvorlagen wie AGB und Richtlinien und verbessern das Vertragsmanagement
- Darüber hinaus sind sie für den An
- und Verkauf von Gesellschaften sowie weitere Unternehmensumstrukturierungen zuständig
- Auch das individuelle und kollektive Arbeitsrecht sowie die Vertretung vor den Arbeitsgerichten gehört zu ihren Aufgaben
- Schließlich behalten Sie die aktuelle Gesetzgebung und Rechtsprechung im Auge
- Dabei arbeiten Sie insbesondere mit dem General Counsel und externen Rechtsanwälten zusammen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie haben einen juristischen Abschluss in der Tasche
- Sie konnten bereits erste Berufserfahrung, bestenfalls in einem Unternehmen der Automobilbranche, in den oben genannten Schwerpunkten sammeln
- Ferner sind Sie eine dynamische, gestandene Persönlichkeit und verfügen über eine Hands-on-Mentalität sowie ein souveränes Auftreten
- Zudem zeichnen Sie sich durch eine proaktive Arbeitsweise, interkulturelle Kompetenz sowie ein sehr gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge aus
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
