- Dependable with good attendance.
**Position Responsibilities**:
**Specific**:
- Generate quotes out of SalesForce.
- Maintain the SalesForce customer database, entering and updating contacts.
- Preparation and organization of demonstrations and training courses.
- Be responsible for our marketing materials.
- Assist in the communication with direct customers and distribution partners.
- Organize & prepare meetings & phone/video conferences including the compiling of protocols and notes.
- Assist in the co-ordination of effective travel and appointment making of customer visits.
- Be responsible for the compiling, filing & updating of internal documentation such as SOP's and workflows.
- Be responsible for the RMA process
- Check Fulfillments for order entry
**General**:
- Other job related duties as required.
- Be a vacation and sickness stand-in for the GmbH administration team when needed.
