Sie werden ausschließlich für ein internationales agierendes Pharmaunternehmen über Arbeitnehmerüberlassung eingesetzt, mit der Chance einer späteren Festanstellung.

Sie sind als **Clinical Research Associate - Homebased **zuständig für:

- die Qualifikation und die Identifikation von Studienzentren, Initiierung und das On-Site Monitoring
- Teilnahme an der Vorbereitung von Prüfungsunterlagen für die Einreichung bei den zuständigen Behörden und Ethikkommissionen
- Besuche beim Prüfer und dem Prüfzentrum vor der Prüfung/Bewertung des Prüfzentrums
- Durchführung von Initiierungs-, Interims
- und Abschlussbesuche im Prüfzentrum
- Unterstützung des Datenmanagements
- Kontinuierliche Zusammenarbeit mit den PI und dem Studienpersonal, um den Erfolg der Studie in Bezug auf Teilnehmerzahlen und Qualität zu gewährleisten
- Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des Prüfplans und der Ziele der Studie durch das Prüfzentrum
- Sie übernehmen nach entsprechendem Training weitere organisatorische, kommunikative und dokumentarische Aufgaben und besetzen somit eine zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion im Studienteam
- Sie unterstützen das Studienmanagement bei der Planung und Durchführung von klinischen Studien und sind verantwortlich für die Einhaltung von Timelines und Budget
- Bereitschaft zu nationalen Dienstreisen (ca. 50% der Arbeitszeit)

Diese Position soll vorzugsweise in Süddeutschland im homeoffice besetzt werden.

Die Tätigkeit kann hauptsächlich im Home Office erfolgen, es sind aber während des Onboardings/der Einarbeitung Präsenztage vor Ort gewünscht.
Des Weiteren ist im laufenden Einsatz eine Anwesenheit nach Bedarf erforderlich (vereinzelte Tage)

**Gewünschte Kenntnisse/Anforderungen**
- Sie haben einen Hochschulabschluss im naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich (Biologie, Medizin u.ä.) oder eine mittlere medizinische Ausbildung (Krankenpflege, MTA, BTA, PTA)
- eine naturwissenschaftliche oder medizinische Ausbildung bzw. Studium und mindestens 2-3 Jahre (gerne mehr) Monitoringerfahrung in klinischen Studien Phase I - III (bevorzugt Erfahrung mit Phase I(b) Studien)
- Sie arbeiten gerne interdisziplinär, selbständig und ergebnisorientiert
- fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office
- Erfahrung mit eCRF ist erwünscht (bevorzugt RAVE)
- sehr gute Englischkenntnisse im Wort und Schrift
- gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
