We are looking for a **Specialist, Talent Acquisition Operations (all genders)** to join the **Talent Acquisition team** on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
**Short description about the team & position**:
Our team is responsible for supporting the Delivery Hero Talent Acquisition teams across the globe to run more efficiently by designing, aligning, and streamlining processes, overseeing projects and programs, improving tools and systems, and delivering training. We perform creative and thought-through improvements, always stay curious and never compromise on quality. Our long-term goal is to standardize Talent Acquisition processes and programs Globally and implement new tools & systems that will provide more efficiency to the process and best support the growth of the business.

**Your main dish**:
- You will oversee and align processes, programs, and key initiatives with various stakeholders to create and deliver a best-in-class experience
- You are responsible for project management of key Talent Acquisition projects and ensure our projects are delivered to a high standard in an efficient and timely manner
- You will support the growth of the team by overseeing our training initiatives as well as designing and holding training
- You will create presentations and report on data
- You cascade best practices and navigate change to our Central Team and Global Brands as we build our Centralized Centre-Of-Excellence
**The ingredients you bring to the table**:
- You gained 2-5 years of experience in the field of People Operations and/or Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on Operations and Process improvement
- You are well-structured in your thinking and have a keen eye for detail in the execution of tasks
- You enjoy giving support and helping your colleagues with tools, processes, and data.
- You have proven track of managing projects, stakeholders, and vendors
- You are able to work independently, organized and are a fast learner with a proactive working style
- Your presentation skills are advanced, and you show strong interest in training
- You are fluent in English and other languages
- You are a curious and passionate individual that shows a strong interest in Tools, Project Management, Data & Compliance, Processes, and Talent Acquisition
