**Your responsibilities**
- Key contact for distribution partners and agents in the defined territory, managing the day-to-day business relationship, on-site steering of partners and regular meetings with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and Key-Opinion-Leaders (KOL) in order to build and improve business network
- Optimal exploitation of our market potential and market-oriented implementation of the various sales measures in the target markets
- Conduct partner searches and coordinate due diligence, partner contracting, negotiation of contract terms
- Analysing and understanding local markets: conducting local market research / collaborate in conducting local market research to better understand customer needs and competitive environment
- Tender preparation, participation and communication
- Establishment and expansion of the sales network in the region to be served
- Plan the budget, monitor of ordering and forecasting process; assure forecast accuracy
- Defining product portfolios for the individual target markets
- Planning marketing activities in cooperation with the marketing department
- Manage financial matters with distribution partner / Responsible for financial matters with distribution partners (e.g. outstanding payments, bank guarantees, commissions etc.)
**Your profile**
- Degree in business administration or natural sciences
- Several years of professional experience with proven success in a comparable position
- Ability to maintain high quality relationships with external partners and other institutional stakeholders
- High ability to think strategically and to translate the Unit Strategy into sustainabile business models and tactics to achieve the set goals

- Analytical person
- Problem solving
- Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with clinical and purchasing customers
- At least 5 years of working experience in Pharma Industry in Marketing, Sales or MSL role
- Fluent in English, other language is welcome
- Intercultural competence
