**Was Du machst**:
- You will support the operational community management of our client’s presence (monitoring, predominantly reactive communication) and lead the moderation of the communities on Facebook and Instagram (mostly via a moderation tool or the Facebook Business Manager).
- During the project our community management service communicates the various key advantages of living and working in one of the largest German states.
- You will respond in a timely manner to inquiries and comments in your mother tongue.
- As a Marathi Community Manager at Upljft, you will be responsible for building and engaging with our Marathi-speaking audience.
- You will refer to the FAQ answers when conveying the brand's tone of voice.
- You will support the enhancement of workflows in the CM teams.
- You will work in collaboration with Upljft’s core team in the community management and the client to manage all queries and issues.
- You will support the team in creating the monthly reports.
**Was Du mitbringst**:
- Native Marathi Speaker (remote work from Europe possible).
- First experience in social media marketing. At least 1-2 years of experience would be preferable.
- Good knowledge in (Business) English.
- Good sense of empathy.
- Good copy editing and excellent writing skills.
- You are an active user of Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels and understand the relevance of social media for companies.
- You have high quality standards and enjoy working independently.
- You are focused and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- You are sociable and highly self-motivated.
- You are able to work at flexible, defined working hours (remote only). There is one moderation shift available every day of the week.
