Deine Aufgaben bei uns
- Als Senior Data Scientist (all genders) wirst du Teil unseres interdisziplinären Teams und übernimmst die Verantwortung für die datenbasierte Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer Lösungen und BI-Fragestellungen für unsere Kund\*innen aus verschiedenen Branchen.
- Du identifizierst und bewertest relevante Datenquellen, zugleich bereinigst und transformierst du diese für die weitere Analyse.
- Du unterstützt unser Team bei der Datenanalyse, -modellierung und -visualisierung sowie der Identifizierung relevanter Trends und Muster.
- Du berätst unsere Kund\*innen zu datenbasierten Entscheidungen und präsentierst Ergebnisse in verständlicher Form.
- Du entwickelst Machine-Learning-Modelle und setzt diese in Projekte um.
- Hierbei arbeitest du eng mit anderen Teams zusammen, z. B. den Entwickler\*innen, um Modelle in die Software-Architektur unserer Kund\*innen zu integrieren.
- Du gestaltest aktiv mit und beteiligst dich an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Daten-Know-hows sowie unserer Daten-Infrastruktur und -Prozesse.
- In regelmäßigen internen Tech-Talks und Meetups trägst du zum fachlichen Austausch in diesen Bereichen bei.

Dein Profil

**Bring ein, was dich ausmacht - was dabei sein sollte**:

- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Data Science mit und hast erfolgreich Datenprojekte umgesetzt.
- Du hast Know-how in der Anwendung von Machine-Learning-Algorithmen und Frameworks, wie z. B. TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python, R, SQL und Datenbanken.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Datenvisualisierung und der Präsentation von Ergebnissen.
- Du bist teamfähig und arbeitest gerne in einem agilen Umfeld in interdisziplinären Teams, um komplexe Datenprojekte umzusetzen und zu skalieren.
- Du verfügst über eine hohe analytische und konzeptionelle Kompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe fachliche Zusammenhänge schnell zu erfassen und in Datenmodellen abzubilden.
- Du bist in der Lage, dich schnell in neue Fachbereiche einzuarbeiten und mit Expert\*innen aus diesen Bereichen zu kommunizieren.
- Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von IoT-Projekten und im Arbeiten in Cloud-Umgebungen (bspw. GCP) sind von Vorteil.
