Job mission

You will work on our Real-time Bidding solution with Machine Learning and data-driven insights at its core. Your mission is to architect and pioneer a new bidding algorithm in a hyper-growth and highly-shapable stage from the ground up.

Job responsibilities
- **Team Collaboration for User Growth**: Partner with product managers, user acquisition teams, and engineers to transform business requirements into data-driven strategies. Focus on user growth and engagement.
- **Bidding Algorithm for User Acquisition**:Design and refine bidding algorithms for user acquisition. Grasp the intricacies of real-time bidding to secure high-quality users and ensure a positive return on investment.
- **Data Analysis**:Analyze data to derive insights and guide strategic decisions. Promote a culture where data is at the heart of decision-making.
- **Machine Learning Development**: Research advanced algorithms, design machine learning models, and conduct experiments.
- **Operational and Product Initiatives**:Stay informed about the advertising industry's trends and use data analysis to challenge existing practices and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

Job requirements
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years as a data scientist or machine learning engineer. Huge bonus with User Acquisition related experience.
- **Technical Skills**: Hands-on experience with Python and SQL-like queries. Proficient in Machine Learning libraries (e.g. Tensorflow), bonus if familiar with Go.
- **Bidding Algorithm Knowledge**: Familiarity with the development and optimization of bidding algorithms, particularly for user acquisition.
- **Experimentation**: Comprehensive experience in designing, executing, and analyzing online experiments.
- **Machine Learning**: Strong foundation in machine learning with experience in advanced modeling beyond standard classification and regression.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Exceptional analytical skills with a deep understanding of the AdTech industry. Proven capability to drive change through data insights.
- **Data Advocacy**: Experience in promoting a data-driven culture and facilitating collaborations across departments.
- **Critical Thinking**:Ability to use data analysis to challenge existing norms and identify potential improvements in the advertising domain.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay abreast of the latest in AdTech and machine learning. Engage in professional development activities such as attending workshops and conferences.
