- Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and insights related to personal care products
- Assist in the development of new product concepts and formulations for skin, hair, and cleaning products
- Conduct lab experiments and tests to evaluate the performance of new product formulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful project execution
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular project updates to the Applied Innovation team
- Support the development of technical documentation and presentations related to innovation projects- Requirements:
Strong interest in personal care products, specifically skin, hair, and cleaning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in a laboratory setting is a plus
- Availability for an internship of at least 6 months- This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about personal care and wants to gain hands-on experience in the development of innovative products.
