**Your Responsibilities**:

- Forecasting, budgeting & cashflow managment
- Build & manage financial reports
- Managing growing Finance team
- Oversee & review accounting tasks and compliance
- Presents financial reports to the Exec team & other statkeholders
- Advise management on cost saving & efficiency opportunities
- Meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Supporting operational Finance
- Manage & improve financial IT environment
**Your profile**:
**Skills**:
- Good knowledge of ERP, FP&A software and advanced Excel skills
- Understands financial reporting and has strong analytical skills
- Communicates effectively with very good written and verbal communications skills in English and German
- Develops strong working relationships with colleagues accross departments and seniority levels
- Good knowledge of IFRS and HGB Accounting standards
- Able to multitask, well organized and resilient
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor/Master in Finance, Economics, Accounting
- CPA,CFA preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years experience in Finance/Accounting
