Import/export Specialist

We are looking for an import/export specialist (M/F/d) for our headquarter to start as soon as possible

Your tasks
- Timely dispatch of spare parts, repair orders and marketing material
- Order processing using BaaN
- Creation of all necessary documents
- Control of scope of delivery, organization of packaging
- Scheduling of shipping, creation of shipping documents
- Creation of customs and export documents
- Letter of credit / collection processing
- Creation of Intrastat statistics
- inventory work
- Control of freight orders - and invoices

**Profile**:

- You have completed commercial training
- You are familiar with the use of modern standard software
- You have already worked with an ERP system
- Confident mastery of letter of credit and collection processing is desirable
- You are a team player and communicate confidently in German and English
