The Competence Center Energy Technology and Energy Systems contributes to developing new technologies for a sustainable energy system. The efficient use of energy is a key strategy to meeting energy demand in a way that conserves resources and protects the environment.

**What you will do**

Mitigating climate change and other negative environmental and social impacts of over-consumption is a challenge. Sufficiency lifestyles aim to combine climate protection and well-being through a frugal, healthy and satisfying lifestyle. How might sufficiency lifestyles spread?

**What you bring to the table**
- Interest in societal aspects of the energy system transformation.
- Enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team on a European project.
- Good knowledge of quantitative methods in social research.
- Good knowledge of statistical software (R, SPSS).
- Very good German or English skills. The working language is German or English and the Master's thesis can be written in German or English.
- Reliability, independent way of working and a solution
- and result-oriented approach.
