**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Maintain and refine our brand guidelines to achieve a high-quality, compelling, and strategic output across all brand touch-points both internally and externally.
- Produce brand assets and marketing materials by collaborating across disciplines, from photography & video to performance ads, BizDev collaterals to merchandise, digital to physical.
- Partner with marketing managers, content strategists, copywriters, and other designers to drive strategy, develop ideas and execute.
- Brief and lead creative direction with external resources to ensure consistency and that quality benchmarks are met.
- Own multi-channel brand visual experience, creating world-class visual assets (ad creative, one-pagers, white-papers, social media content and campaigns, pitch decks, digital campaigns).
- Be an active contributor in improving the collaboration and process.

**WHAT YOU'RE BRINGING**
- 8+ years of experience in visual communication or/and brand design.
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
- With considerable experience working with (and developing) brand guidelines, taking core brand elements to generate highly effective creative assets in a variety of formats. Using type, layout, photography, illustrations, motion, and video you’ll find the right combination for any given project.
- Capable of understanding our target audience, our brand core, and competitive landscape and using that knowledge to hone our message and inform design decisions.
- Able to build strong relationships with the teams across the company to ensure our brand is always presented at its best.
- Able to manage your own time against requests and can give accurate delivery expectations while balancing the need for brand consistency with enhancing performance.
- Excellent at both written and verbal communication.
- Humble and craving feedback to help you design at your best.
- Experienced in fintech or/and B2B is a plus but not required.
