**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Direkte Führung eines Teams von 11 Kundendienstmitarbeitern (in verschiedenen Städten in Deutschland)
- Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit durch effizientes, kundenorientiertes Management des Kundenauftragsprozesses (für BES-Kunden)
- Sicherstellung eines effizienten und effektiven Auftragsabwicklungsprozesses inkl. Verwaltung, Abwicklung und Verfolgung im gesamten Ländercluster
- Sicherstellung einer proaktiven Kundenkommunikation (nach der Verkaufsabwicklung)
- Sicherstellung einer stringenten Verwaltung der Kundenstammdaten in allen Vertriebsgebieten/-distrikten
- Management der Schnittstelle zu Logistik & Operations (Auftragsverfolgung)
Projektbezogene Koordination/Berichterstattung von After-Sales-Service-Aktivitäten
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- mehrjährige einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich des Kundendienstes
- Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung und ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams sowie von CRM- und ERP-Systemen und SharePoint
