**Global Operations Leader, Automotive Robotics**:

**Your responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage GSCs from a Global perspective. Act as main contact point for global operations activities
- Strategy planning and execution for GSCs in line with Automotive business strategy. Responsible for establishing global capability and capacity plans
- Ensure professional project management practice both internally (e.g. complying with risk review and project mgmt. reviews) and externally (understanding and implementation of global best practices)
- Responsible to drive standardization and modularization in the business. Accountable to collect, maintain and share all available solutions to be promoted and re-used globally (cost saving and consistent approach)
- Responsible for make or buy decisions in GSCs. Secure right global/regional footprint structures and capacity for growth. Engage in pull business from other Business Lines from quotation to execution. Responsible for governance and process for developing new offerings as well as maintenance of existing offerings
- Lead the GSCs in order to gather and motivate the team. Create a desire to participate Energy, fun with a lot of focus on collaboration.

**Your background**:

- 15+ years of experience within a robotics and production environment.
- Significant experience working in a manufacturing or production environment and leading production teams
- Strong focus on Integrity, Safety and Environment - Don’t look the other way
- Proven experience of having led large and complex, cross-border teams
- Proven track record of success in a global role
- Good understanding of robotics customers, markets and competitive landscape
- Combination of strategic thinking and execution (result) orientation
- Willingness to travel globally
- Capable to problem solve issues/problems and able to communicate in an effective manner that drives corrective actions.
- Experience in working with different cultures in an, international context with a global mind-set and finely-tuned cultural awareness
