The position is open for applicants in the area of **Berlin**.
**Job Description** What we are looking for**:
- Financial Reporting_
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements in a timely manner
- Provide insights into financial performance, on an ad-hoc basis, to aid in decision-making and strategic planning
- Budgeting and Forecasting_
- Develop, monitor, and update the strategic plan as well as the annual budget in collaboration with department heads and senior management.
- Provide financial projections and analysis to support long-term financial planning and business growth.
- Analyse budget variances and provide recommendations for cost control and optimization.
- Systems and Process Improvement_
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
- Evaluate and recommend financial software solutions to streamline reporting and analysis.
**Qualifications** Your profile**
- +4 years of experience in financial controlling, investment banking or consulting
- Proven experience in a subscription based business
- Proven experience working with Sales/Marketing and/or Tech teams, and a solid understanding of ROI/value creation calculations/methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Experience with advanced Excel functions is essential as well as excellent presentation skills
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; Knowledge of Workday is beneficial
- You thrive in a dynamic and fast moving environments and are able to be an agent of change within and beyond the corporate function
- ** Fluency in English & German** **is mandatory**
